- IDEAL FOR HEALING TENNIS ELBOW: Frequent use of the Bean Bag strengthens the mobility of the arms, wrists and forearms, improving circulation. It is a very useful tool during therapies for tennis elbow or lateral epicondylitis.
- STRUCTURE: The Bean Bag is essentially a bag filled with a heavy material that is attached with a rope to a wooden bar.
- HOW TO USE: The Bean Bag exercise consists of placing the wooden bar at shoulder height and wrapping and unwrapping the rope around the bar. You must maintain a very specific position so that the fingers, hands, wrists and forearms are strengthened during the exercise.
- CUSTOMIZABLE BAG WEIGHT: Depending on your specific needs, you can put more or less weight in the Bean Bag Roll-Up Device bag. The more weight, the more difficult the exercise. Also keep in mind that the farther the bar is from your shoulders, the harder it will be to roll up the rope.
